Does this refund policy apply to all services?
Yes, our refund policy covers car rentals, attraction tickets, and bike rentals.
However, please note that some attractions have their own refund terms, which are stated clearly in the ticket details on our website.


Am I eligible for a refund?
You may be eligible for a refund if your request complies with our cancellation policy.

Refund processing details:


  • Processing time: Up to 14 working days


  • Malaysian customers: Refunds will be credited to a local bank account

  • International customers: Refunds will be processed via PayPal


In what cases are refunds NOT allowed?
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:


  • Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service date

  • No-show (failure to appear for the booking)

  • Services that have already been used

  • Violation of rental policies, e.g., returning a damaged vehicle without proper reporting

  • Tickets for attractions with a non-refundable policy (please refer to ticket details on our website)
