This refund policy applies to all services, including car rentals, attraction tickets, and bike rentals. However, some attractions may have their own refund policies, which will be stated on the ticket details available on our website.


Eligibility for Refund


  • Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy.
  • Processing time: Usually 14 working days.
  • Malaysian customers: Refunds will be processed directly to their local bank account.
  • International customers: Refunds will be processed via PayPal.

Non-Refundable Cases


Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:


  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date.
  • No-show customers.
  • Services that have already been utilized.
  • Violations of rental policies, such as returning a damaged vehicle without proper reporting.
  • Attractions with non-refundable policies (refer to the ticket details on our website for specific terms).
