A refundable deposit is required for all rentals:

  • Compact & Economy – RM250
  • SUV & MPV – RM250
  • The deposit is fully refunded if the car is returned in good condition.


Payment Methods
  • Credit/Debit Card (Preferred)
  • Bank Transfer / E-Wallet (TNG)
  • PayPal


Refund Conditions

The deposit will be refunded after checking for:

✅ No damages or missing items
✅ Fuel level as per rental agreement
✅ No unpaid summons or toll charges
✅ Car returned on time


Refund Process

How Long Does It Take?

Refunds are processed 10 days after your rental ends to allow time for any fines or toll charges.
Once cleared, processing times vary:


  • Bank Transfer (Malaysians): 3-5 working days
  • E-Wallet: 2-5 working days
  • PayPal (International Customers): 3-7 working days


How It Works


1️⃣ Car Return & Inspection – Our team checks for any issues.
2️⃣ Final Clearance – We verify fines/toll charges (within 10 days).
3️⃣ Refund Processed – If all clear, your deposit is refunded!
4️⃣ Notification Sent – We’ll update you via WhatsApp/email.


💡 Malaysians will receive refunds via bank transfer, while international customers will be refunded via PayPal.
