How do I get my refundable deposit?

We’ve made it easy for you to update your bank details directly through your PenangBook account!
Follow the simple steps below:
Step 1: Click https://www.penangbook.my/forgot
Step 2: Enter your Email
Step 3: Set new password
Step 4: Click https://www.penangbook.my/login to login to your account
Step 5: Enter email and new password
Step 6: Go to Profile
Step 7: Update Bank Details
- Update your original bank details which you used for the bookings
- Double-check everything
- Once done, click Update
Important Notes
Please ensure you fill in details with the same account number you used to make a booking.
Refund processing will take 14 working days after updating your bank details.
PenangBook is not responsible for incorrect bank information submitted.
