How to Update Your Bank Details for Refundable Deposit

We’ve made it easy for you to update your bank details directly through your PenangBook account!

Follow the simple steps below:

Step 1: Click https://www.penangbook.my/forgot

Step 2: Enter your Email

Step 3: Set new password

Step 4: Click https://www.penangbook.my/login to login to your account

Step 5: Enter email and new password

Step 6: Go to Profile

Step 7: Update Bank Details

• Double-check everything
• Once done, click Update

 Important Notes

• The bank account holder’s name must match your booking name.

• Malaysian customers: Refunds will be processed directly to their local bank account

• International customers: Refunds will be processed via PayPal or Touch N Go.

• Refund processing will take 10 working days after updating your bank details.

• PenangBook is not responsible for incorrect bank information submitted.
